In collaboration with the BLU Educational Foundation, Perfect Works provides education consulting services in four core areas:

• Early Childhood Education
  

From center management and compliance to curriculum development and staff training, the Early Childhood Education team at Perfect Works leverages decades of progressive leadership in the field to serve our clients. Having garnered and managed millions of dollars in state, federal, and private funds related to Head Start, State Preschool, literacy, and parent education, our consulting group possesses expertise drawn from real world experience.

• Teacher Training

Centered on our contributions to the U.S. Department of Education's Teaching American History Grant Program, Perfect Works is responsible for the training and development of hundreds of teachers annually.

• College Access  
  

Concerned with increasing the college enrollment, retention, and graduation rates of traditionally underrepresented students in the nation's colleges and universities, Perfect Works provides its services to local school districts and postsecondary institutions. Specializing in the creation of college-going cultures at the high school level, we also design, manage, and evaluate outreach, admissions, and student life programs for undergraduate institutions seeking to recruit, retain and graduate a more diverse student body. 

• K-12 School Development

From providing initial consulting services to a team of parents and teachers in their successful attempt to reorganize and control their local school in Los Angeles (Hillcrest Avenue Elementary), to serving as the project lead for both the Los Angeles School of Arts and Entertainment and a national school model designed to reinvent Lutheran education in urban America, Perfect Works is committed to the development of innovative educational alternatives.
