Emphasizing the role of faith as a universal catalyst for interpersonal and community revitalization, Perfect Works designs, manages, and evaluates programs related to the socially redeeming mission of America's beautifully diverse religious reality. Leveraged by its longstanding relationship with the Center for Religion and Civic Culture at the University of Southern California, our work assists faith-based organizations, academic institutions, nonprofits, foundations, and corporate brands in conveying powerful messages of hope and humanity.
One of the select projects funded through the W.K.Kellogg Foundation's historic 5-year, $75 million American Healing initiative, Good Neighbors is a ministerial training program focused on stemming the perception and reality of racial violence between African Americans and Latinos in Southern California. Initiated by Perfect Works, project partners include Reach Out West End and the BLU Educational Foundation.

Pentecostal and Charismatic Research Initiative (The Center for Religion and Civic Culture at the University of Southern California)
Funded by a $6.7 million grant from the Templeton Foundation to study the growth and development of global Pentecostalism, Perfect Works leads project efforts related to African American Pentecostals, the Church of God in Christ, and megachurches in Los Angeles.

A project about 'how worship happens' across different communities, ethnicities, and faiths, Looking for God in the City of Angels is an attempt to document the rich spiritual life of America's most diverse city -- and by extension how differences in dogma, spirituality, and ethnic identity can be adapted for peaceful coexistence while still being true to tradition.
